Clients appreciate Amberly’s easy style of communication, and the fact that she doesn’t sugarcoat issues that arise without providing solutions. She builds strong relationships with everyone she represents and always has people’s best interest at heart whether they’re looking to buy, sell or rent a home in Brooklyn.
Amberly specializes in sales and rentals in Ridgewood, Bushwich and other local areas. She is extremely knowledgeable of the borough having lived in North Brooklyn for over 14 years, with Williamsburg, Bushwick and Ridgewood among the neighborhoods she’s called home.
Having moved a great deal led Amberly to truly appreciate finding a home that makes you feel comfortable, and a community that fits your lifestyle. Originally from Michigan, she relocated extensively around the Midwest before settling down happily in New York City in 2007.
“My goal is to tap into my client’s needs, read between the lines, and be diligent and creative in finding the right options. I take my role seriously when it comes to being your trusted real estate advisor, and want to help you achieve the outcome you deserve.”
Amberly received a B.A. degree in Strategic Communication at The Ohio State University. She worked in various roles prior to real estate, including in the music industry at a merchandising firm, managing coffee shops, in construction as a cabinet maker and millworker, and as a front desk agent at a boutique hotel. Her more recent role as an apartment locator ignited her passion for real estate brokerage.
Happily married with a fur baby – a miniature dachshund named Lucy, Amberly and her husband love hosting dinner parties, and spending free time with family and friends. She thrives on the energy of the city and can often be found taking long walks, people watching, trying out new restaurants and bars, or going to baseball games.
