Manuel Caballero is a Realtor Associate who specializes in brokerage in the Williamsburg area of Brooklyn where he also resides. Licensed in New York as well as New Jersey, Manuel previously worked at a real estate firm in Union, NJ as a Sales Manager and Team Leader for four years, overseeing roughly 170 agents. He mainly conducted residential sale transactions, but also handled rentals and commercial deals.
Over the years, Manuel experienced many different situations and broad aspects of the real estate business including lending, legal, and title company collaborations. He is very in tuned to his clients’ needs, and versed in facilitating ways to streamline the purchase or sale process. Born and raised in Cordoba, Argentina, Manuel previously lived in Roselle, NJ before making his way to vibrant Williamsburg, Brooklyn. He speaks fluent Spanish as well as English, and when asked to, can get by with a little Italian and Portuguese.
