“Real estate is not a job to me; that’s why it’s fun! Real estate is a career that is my never-ending passion. Meeting wonderful people and families, and matching them up with their perfect home, is a joy, and service I’m so proud to be part of.”

Michael has always loved real estate, and started his career in the business at the age of 22. Prior to that, he worked in sales for New York Environmental selling water treatment systems for homes. Michael has a natural flair for helping others make important decisions, and for providing the information and guidance they need to do so. He got his NY real estate license in the year 2000, and his commitment to his clients continues to be unwavering.

“Seeing the smile on my happy customers’ faces when I hand them the keys to their dream home is priceless!” Such dedication, as well as patience, honesty, respect for people’s time and needs, and sharp negotiating skills are also why clients continue to work with him, and refer him to their friends and family.

In his tenure in real estate, Michael has done it all: commercial and residential sales and rentals; 10 years in property management; and consulting investors on their real estate portfolios. He has all your real estate needs covered, and services all five NYC boroughs.

Born and raised in Williamsburg, Michael still lives in Brooklyn and is highly knowledgeable about all of the city’s different neighborhoods. He enjoys managing real estate and stock portfolios, as well as bowling, golf and martial arts training in his spare time.
