Description
Bright, airy light filled one bedroom apartment located on the seventh floor of the North Shore Towers. Perched high above Little Neck with distant views from the balcony make this a charming retreat. Open concept allows for creative layout. Kitchen is not updated, but bathroom is renovated.
The North Shore Towers sits on a 110-acre property with three towers that are some of the tallest structures in Queens. The complex itself contains almost 1900 apartments ranging from studios to three bedrooms. It is the ONLY gated residential community in New York with its own zip code. We like to describe North Shore Towers as a place “where the city meet the suburbs.” Concierge service offers express buses to Manhattan as a courtesy to the residents.
The complex has an indoor shopping concourse that connects all three residential buildings with 22 retail shops, restaurant, movie theater, conference room, club lounge, grocery store, doorman concierge, gated security 24/7, as well as private dry cleaner and tailor. Private membership to the country club offers access to the five swimming pools, five tennis courts, basketball court, billiards room, health spa, saunas, and of course, an 18-hole golf course with its own power plant.
